Every engagement starts with a 30-60-90 discovery: an honest assessment of the current state before any recommendations are made. The transformation strategy comes from that evidence, not from a pre-written playbook.

We run an organisation-wide survey and face-to-face interviews at every level, not just the top. The data tells us what is happening. The conversations tell us why. Only then do we recommend anything.
We act immediately on things that do not need a full strategy to fix. The approval step that doubles every decision timeline. The meeting nobody needs. The report nobody reads. Quick wins build credibility and trust — both prerequisites for the harder work that follows.
The strategy is specific to this organisation and these challenges. It draws on Agile, Lean, and traditional governance in whatever combination actually fits. There is no standard version of it, because there is no standard organisation.
We work inside the organisation during delivery, not alongside it from a distance. We build internal capability at every stage so that dependency on us decreases over time rather than growing.
